Professional Postpartum Doula Support for New and Growing Seattle Families

A postpartum doula is a lifeline in the beautiful days after you bring your baby home. Imagine someone who comes into your home to help and nurture you! We are a calming presence in the whirlwind of emotions and adjustments, offering a steady hand and an open heart as you step into this new chapter of life. A postpartum doula can ease the weight of it all, whether it’s guiding you through breastfeeding challenges, preparing nourishing meals, or simply connecting with you and your process. We remind you that it is okay to rest, to ask for help, and not to have all the answers. You will feel supported, empowered, and deeply cared for so you can bond with your baby, get the rest you need, and embrace this precious time without being overwhelmed.

I specialize in Daytime/overnight postpartum doula Care, Lactation Support, and Education.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Let’s connect, and I’ll help you create a postpartum experience that feels peaceful, joyful, and truly yours.

What parents are saying about Seattle doula support

“We highly recommend Christina as a postpartum doula! She is fantastic with babies - she has a magic touch.

Christina spent a few nights per week with our baby for 7 weeks. She also helped during the daytime once or twice per week. It was empowering for us to sleep a full night's rest without the worry of our son waking up and helping him back to bed. Any guilt that comes with 'taking a break' from your baby, goes away when you realize the improved sleep made us much more attentive, focused parents during the days. The daytime breaks were icing on the cake, as they allowed us to leave the house for errands, walks, workouts, etc. Clear our minds and, again, be better, more present parents.

Our baby arrived quite early and had an extended NICU stay. Christina was flexible with us to make sure we received postpartum care at the right time and at the right cadence. She was diligent in attending to what we needed.
