About Seattle Doula Support
Welcoming a baby is deeply personal, and who supports you during that time matters.
Seattle Doula Support is my practice, built on nearly two decades of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. I work with families during some of the most tender, vulnerable moments of early parenthood, offering steady presence, practical guidance, and reassurance when things feel unfamiliar or overwhelming.
My work is rooted in calm presence, practical guidance, and helping families feel more confident as they adjust to life with a new baby.
My approach is grounded, responsive, and realistic. Every baby is different. Every family is different. Support should never be one-size-fits-all.
My Philosophy
I believe postpartum care works best when families feel heard, respected, and supported without pressure.
I focus on realistic support, helping families build confidence, rest, and sustainable rhythms that align with their values and their baby’s needs. That might look like hands-on overnight support, feeding guidance, emotional reassurance, or simply having someone steady in your space during the hardest hours of the night.
My role is to walk alongside you as you learn your baby and find what feels supportive for your family.

Owner of Seattle Doula Support
Postpartum Doula, Lactation Educator & Certified Infant Massage Instructor
My work includes supporting:
Overnight and daytime postpartum care
Feeding support, including breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and pumping
Newborn care and soothing
Newborn sleep rhythms and overnight settling support
Families navigating postpartum mood challenges
Preemies, NICU graduates, first-time parents, and growing families
Families often tell me they felt deeply supported, understood, and calmer after working together.
Many share that having steady overnight support allowed them to rest, recover,
and show up more fully during the day.
When families need more support than one person can provide, such as more than three nights per week or higher-volume schedules, I collaborate with a trusted postpartum doula partner. We each work independently, with shared values, similar training standards, and a consistent approach to care. We take the time to understand what each family needs, whether you’re looking for daytime guidance, overnight newborn care, feeding support, or simply a calm, experienced presence during this major life transition. Our goal is to help new parents feel rested, confident, and deeply supported.
With more than 30 years of combined experience, Sarah and I bring deep knowledge and a steady, comforting presence. Our long-standing partnership also provides families with added scheduling flexibility, continuity of care, and dependable built-in backup support. Care remains thoughtful, well communicated, and centered on your needs to create a peaceful, supported start for your growing family.
