Overnight Postpartum Support
Support through the night so you can rest, recover, and feel more like yourself again.
The early weeks with a new baby bring a new rhythm. Overnight support helps create space for rest while your baby is gently cared for and supported.
The early weeks with a new baby often bring a different rhythm than many families expect.
Nights can feel long, and rest can be harder to come by, especially while your body is healing and your baby is still adjusting to life outside the womb.
Overnight support is designed to bring steadiness to this part of your experience, so you can rest more deeply, recover, and feel supported through the night.
Each night is shaped around your baby, your feeding plan, and what feels most supportive for your family.
What an Overnight Can Look Like
During an overnight shift, support may include:
Caring for your baby between feeds so you can sleep
Bringing baby to you for breastfeeding and resettling afterward
Preparing bottles and supporting feeding rhythms
Soothing and responding to your baby throughout the night
Light baby-related tasks (bottles, pump parts, tidying baby areas)
Offering guidance so you feel more confident in your baby’s needs
Some nights are quiet and restful.
Others require more support and adjustment.
Both are completely normal.
A gentle approach to sleep and rhythm
In the early weeks, the focus isn’t on strict schedules or sleep training. It’s on supporting your baby’s development while helping your household find a rhythm that feels sustainable.
As your baby grows, support can include gentle guidance around sleep shaping, day and night rhythm, and longer stretches of sleep when appropriate.
Everything is collaborative and paced in a way that feels right for your family.
