Grounded Support When It Matters Most

The early postpartum period is a time of adjustment, learning, and tender connection, especially during the night hours. My role as a postpartum doula is to offer grounded, nonjudgmental support as you settle into life with your new baby.

I specialize in overnight postpartum care, supporting families as they rest, recover, and build confidence in caring for their baby. Through steady guidance, reassurance, and practical support, I help set families up for success in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with their values. Every family is different, and care is always shaped around your goals, needs, and rhythms.

Support begins with connection, and we’ll find what works together.

How I Support Families

Hands-on care and guidance through the night so you can rest, recover, and feel supported during the most demanding hours.

Emotional support, feeding guidance, newborn care education, and practical help during the day.

Thoughtful, focused support to help you prepare for postpartum or troubleshoot specific concerns.

Every baby and family is unique, which means support should never be one-size-fits-all. My work is shaped around your goals, values, and what feels sustainable during this season of life.

Through calm presence, practical guidance, and experience-based education, I help families build rhythms that support rest, confidence, and connection.

Many families tell me they felt deeply supported and understood during moments that felt tender, overwhelming, or uncertain.

My role is to walk alongside you, not take over.

Thoughtful support, built around your family

How I Work with a Doula Partner

I work closely with a trusted partner when schedules are full or families need extended overnight support, ensuring care remains consistent, personal, and well-coordinated. While we each bring our own strengths and experience, families can expect continuity, communication, and reliable support.

“We highly recommend Christina as a postpartum doula. She has a calming, steady presence and a real gift with babies. With her overnight support, we were finally able to rest, which helped us show up as more present, focused parents. Christina met us exactly where we were and gave us the peace of mind we needed during a very vulnerable time.”
