Seattle Postpartum Doula
Who Understands
Calm, experienced support for new and growing families during the quiet, tender hours of early parenthood.
Hi, I’m Christina.
Founder of Seattle Doula Support.
For more than 20 years, I've supported families with both Daytime and overnight care as they adjust to life with their new baby.
My role is to support you exactly as you need, offer reassurance when questions come up, and provide care that feels calm, capable, and genuinely supportive.

Grounded Support When It Matters Most
The early postpartum period is a time of adjustment, learning, and tender connection, especially during the night hours. My role as a postpartum doula is to provide calm, grounded, and nonjudgmental support as you settle into life with your new baby.
I specialize in overnight postpartum care, helping families rest, recover, and build confidence in caring for their baby. With steady guidance, reassurance, and practical support, I help build a foundation that feels sustainable and tailored to your family’s needs.
Every family is different, and care is always personalized around your goals, preferences, and rhythms.
Support begins with connection, and together we’ll find what works best for your family.
How I Support Families
Hands-on care and guidance through the night so you can rest, recover, and feel supported during the most demanding hours.
Emotional support, feeding guidance, newborn care education, and practical help during the day.
Every baby and family is unique, which means support should never be one-size-fits-all. My support is shaped around your goals, values, and what feels sustainable during the early days with your baby.
Through calm presence, practical guidance, and experience-based education, I help families build rhythms that support rest, confidence, and connection.
Many families tell me they feel deeply supported and understood during moments that felt tender, overwhelming, or uncertain.
Thoughtful support, built around your family
I work closely with a trusted partner when schedules are full or families need extended overnight support, ensuring care remains consistent, personal, and well-coordinated. While we each bring our own strengths and experience, families can expect continuity, communication, and reliable support.

What Families
Are Saying…
“We highly recommend Christina as a postpartum doula. She has a calming, steady presence and a real gift with babies. With her overnight support, we were finally able to rest, which helped us show up as more present, focused parents. Christina met us exactly where we were and gave us the peace of mind we needed during a very vulnerable time.”
